Our sessions are predominantly workshop-based with smaller class sizes; therefore application of learning is faster, sessions are more engaging and better learner progress is achieved.

We apply modern approaches to learning & use technology to enhance access to resources and encourage ‘flipped learning.’  This is where learning is undertaken outside of the workshop, but applied in the workshop & the workplace to secure & embed learning more effectively.  This also helps meet the 20% requirement for off the job-training in Apprenticeships, without having a huge impact on the organisation in terms of time off for training.
