It can sometimes be challenging for Colleges and Universities to deliver the flexibility required by all businesses or individuals in their training solution.  ELA Training Services work in partnership with Colleges & Universities to add sector expertise, commercial value and customer responsiveness to their traditional values & stable provision of funding.

ELA Training Services can deliver Training on site, at hours which are convenient to you through a diverse range of teaching & learning methods to suit each Employer & learner individually.

The introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy & Trailblazer Employer Groups have changed the way Employers look at Government funded training.  The development of new Apprenticeship Standards & Degree Apprenticeships are changing the way Vocational Qualifications are viewed in the market-place.

ELA Training Services have the expertise to guide Employers to embrace & take advantage of these changes.  ELA Training Services specialise in delivering Advanced & Higher Apprenticeships which are higher up the skills agenda of both the Government & Employers.

Understanding your needs, providing expertise, developing bespoke & flexible training solutions with the highest levels of quality are the added values that ELA Training Services deliver.
